Age Groups: 18 & under Gold & "A" teams plus 8 16A teams
Format: 6 game guarantee
4 Exhibition Games - Single Elimination with 2 game wrap
How To Enter: Tournament entry forms will only be accepted via the online process.
The online entry forms will be available beginning September 1, 2008.
Entry Deadline: Tournament entries will be accepted beginning September 1, 2008.
Entries received after December 31, 2008 will be accepted on a space available basis or placed on a waiting list.
Entries are not considered complete until full payment is received.

Return Check Fee: There will be a $25.00 fee for any return checks.

Tournament Notification Policy:
Teams invited to participate will be notified by telephone or email no later than January 15, 2009.
Teams selected to participate will be emailed an acceptance package that will include a tournament and event schedule, housing information and other relevant material on January 31, 2009.

Tournament Cancellation Policy:
Teams that cancel prior to January 1, 2009 will receive a full refund, less a $50 non-refundable deposit fee.
No entry fees will be refunded for any team after being selected to participate in tournament.
Teams not selected will receive a full refund.

1) Previous participation
2) Geographic representation
3) Recruitable interest to colleges
4) Timeliness of entry and receipt of entry fees
5) Flexibility of playing schedule
