When: June 14-17, 2012 (Thursday-Sunday)

Where: Columbia, South Carolina - Pine Grove, Oak Grove & Howard Park Softball Complexes,
Map and Directions: Pine Grove - Oak Grove - Howard Park
Age Groups: 18 and Under (64 teams) ; 16 & under (52 teams)
Format: 6 game guarantee
4 Exhibition Games - and a 2 gane wrap; 16s and 18s play separate elimination brackets. Teams slotted to Gold And Silver brackets - 2 Champions per age group.
How To Enter: Tournament entry forms will only be accepted via the online process.
The online entry forms will be available beginning September 6, 2011.
Entry Deadline: Tournament entries will be accepted beginning September 6, 2011.
Entries received after December 31, 2011 will be accepted on a space available basis or placed on a waiting list.
Returning teams will be considered for early acceptance review in September & October.
Entries are not considered complete until full payment is received.

Return Check Fee: There will be a $25.00 fee for any return checks.

Tournament Notification Policy:
Teams invited to participate will be notified by telephone or email no later than January 15, 2012.
Teams selected to participate will be emailed an acceptance package that will include a tournament and event schedule, housing information and other relevant material on January 31, 2012.

Tournament Cancellation Policy:
Teams that cancel prior to January 1, 2012 will receive a full refund, less a $50 non-refundable deposit fee.
No entry fees will be refunded for any team after being selected to participate in tournament.
Teams not selected will receive a full refund. Team cannot sell or substitute another team in the event they cannot attend.

2) Geographic representation
3) Last year's success and strength of schedule
4) Timeliness of entry and receipt of entry fees
5) Flexibility of playing schedule
